Breaking News: Jim Peterik on ‘Eye of the tiger’

Jim Peterik the frontman of Survivor confessed that their greatest hit ‘Eye of the Tiger’ from 1982 wasnt written for the request of Sylvester Stallone in Rocky 3.

The idea came instead during a tour to Thailand, and the original title was ‘Eye of the Thai Girl’, but they needed to deliver something fast to Sylvester, so they just simply renamed it to be more tough.

Ok this sucked….I know
